Terms and Conditions

• The campaign period is from March 01, 2024, to June 30, 2024, and is subject to extension by the Askari Bank.
• The campaign is valid for all beneficiaries aged 18 years and above who successfully receive Home Remittance COC transactions from all Askari Bank’s tie-ups through Askari Bank Branches.
• The campaign is also valid for Askari Bank Account Holders who receive their Home Remittances into their Accounts through all Tie-ups of Askari Bank.
• One Prize will be given to the lucky winner for the remaining period of the Campaign.
• Lucky draws will be based on computerized balloting.
• Askari Bank has the right to disqualify any transaction(s) if the transaction(s) are found to be split by the remitter/beneficiary for the sake of benefit of this campaign.
• More Transactions and more chances to win.
• Cash Prizes will be given through Bank cheque/Pay Order to the Lucky Winner.
• Computerized balloting would be held based on the Transaction Reference Number.
• The winner will be announced on all social media platforms as well as on the website of Askari Bank.
• Prizes would be handed over only to the winners. In case the winner does not appear within 10 days after the draw to collect the prize or cannot be contacted or attend the prize distribution ceremony, Askari Bank reserves the right to give the prize to the next winner selected through a lucky draw.
• Askari Bank reserves the right to postpone the draw or make changes in the prizes due to any insurgency, technical difficulties or failures, unauthorized intervention or fraud, vandalism, power failure, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, or any other causes beyond the control of Askari Bank, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
• Acceptance of prizes, provided by Askari Bank will be deemed as consent by the winner(s) to take part in any related publicity and use their name, likeness, image and/or voice for advertising and other promotional purposes without compensation.
• The Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent: (a) to disqualify any eligible participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Campaign, as appropriate to give effect so far as reasonably possible to the original intent of this campaign.
